The fine print, kept simple.

Booking & confirmation

• Booking online sends us a request with your package, add-ons, vehicle and preferred time. Your appointment is confirmed once we text you back to confirm the date and time.
• Package and add-on prices are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle's size and condition, and we confirm it with you before any work begins.
• Interior-only and exterior-only details are arranged by email at info@jmoautospa.com.

Rescheduling & cancellations

• Plans change. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• If we can't reach you or can't access the vehicle at the scheduled time, we may need to move your appointment to the next available opening.
• If we ever need to reschedule on our end, we'll contact you as early as possible to find a new time.

Weather

• We work outdoors, so rain, lightning or extreme heat can affect the schedule. If the forecast doesn't look safe for a quality detail, we'll reach out to reschedule at no cost to you.

At your location

• Please choose a safe, legal spot with enough room to work around the whole vehicle, such as a driveway or parking space.
• If your home, apartment, HOA or workplace has rules about vehicle washing or service on the property, please check before booking and let us know.

Your vehicle

• Please remove valuables and personal items before we arrive. We aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Heavy soiling, pet hair, sand or stains can take extra time. If your vehicle needs more than your package covers, we'll talk with you about it before continuing.
• Some stains, odors, scratches and wear can't be completely removed. We'll always be honest about what to expect.
• We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, such as loose trim, chipped paint or worn surfaces. Please point out any areas of concern before we start.

Payment

• Payment is due when the service is complete, unless we've agreed otherwise when confirming your booking. We'll confirm accepted payment methods with you before your appointment. We don't take card payments on this website.

Our promise

• We walk around the vehicle with you at the end of every detail. If something was missed, tell us before we leave and we'll take care of it.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you request a booking, you send us details such as your name, phone number, vehicle, ZIP code or service address, the package you want and your preferred time. If you email, call or text us, we receive what you share.

Reviews and photos. If you leave a review on this website, we receive your name, your city (optional), your star rating, what you wrote and any photos of your car you add. Your browser shrinks each photo before it's sent, and the hidden information phones store in photos (such as the location where it was taken) is removed. Reviews and their photos are checked before they appear, and once approved they're shown publicly on this site. To have your review or photos removed, email info@jmoautospa.com.

Email list. If you join our VIP list, we keep your email address, your first name if you give it, and a record of when you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use it only to send you JMO AutoSpa deals and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. We never sell or share the list.

How we use it. Only to schedule and provide your detail, contact you about your appointment (for example a confirmation or a reminder the day before, by text or email), and keep a record of the services we've done for you. Marketing emails go only to people who joined the VIP list. Texts end with an option to reply STOP to opt out. We never sell or rent your information.

Website visits. This website counts visits anonymously to understand how people find us: pages and sections viewed, the general traffic source (for example, Google or Instagram), the referring website's name, device type, approximate city and taps on booking or contact links. We don't store IP addresses or anything that identifies you, and visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on aren't counted at all.

Services we use. The website, including the booking page at jmoautospa.com/book, is hosted by Vercel. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's standard request information like any website font. Google reviews shown on this site come from our Google Business Profile; our server fetches them from Google, so your browser doesn't contact Google to show them. When we send you a text or an email, it's delivered through the messaging service we use for that, which receives only what's needed to deliver it.

Your choices. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@jmoautospa.com.

Cookie policy

This website doesn't use cookies. There are no advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and no cookie banner, because there's nothing to opt out of.

To count returning visitors anonymously, the site saves a small note in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). It's never shared with other websites and holds no personal information:

Your control. Turning on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser stops the site from saving or sending anything about your visit. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings at any time. Links to Instagram and Google open those sites, which have their own cookie policies.
